Survey Results

As promised here are the results of the web based survey. The survey finished on 31/03/10. Remember, the numbers 1 to 5 are what people selected as their answers to the questions (see image). There are also a number of freestyle questions - respondents provide their own text. To see the results follow the link at the end of this post.

Who is taking about a scientific result?
Did you participate Bryan?

Bryan said...

Yes, I participated in the REAL survey.

Ah, of course.

I find it quite entertaining to get Bryan's contributions, it is a shame however that he can only find time to castigate and ridicule me, others or this Blog in general.

We have yet to see Bryan congratulate tournament winners or make a positive comment on something outstanding such as the 17000 views of the YouTube video clip by Simon Hurley.

Still, he is one of my last remaining loyal contributors and for that I treasure him.

Don't kid yourself Tom. The only reason I monitor this Blog in a very desultory fashion, is to ensure that the world in general does not see this Blog, and its silly content, as being in any way the face of my sport in New Zealand. You might call yourself "NZ Petanque Club" but any resemblance between the content on this Blog, and what is really happening in the sport in our country is purely an illusion.

When I look at this blog I see teams and individuals winning tournaments and international shooting competitions. I see people making petanque videos, responding to surveys, writing Open Letters. I see people leaving our sport out of dissatisfaction and frustration. I see players congratulating other players. That's not an illusion Bryan - it's reality.
